1. Shen Fuhua, 53, had her home ransacked because she practiced Falun Dafa. She reasoned with the policemen, but nonetheless was arrested for a period of 24 hours. The police searched her body, and forced her to write a pledge, and pay them 1000 Yuan. The police interrogated her for many days and many nights. She was made to report to the police substation everyday for a period of three months.
2. Huang Bihua, 50, was arrested and taken to a police substation because she attended group practice in Changjiang Market. During her second day in jail, she was sent to Guihua Hotel and detained for 15 days. After she went home, she was fined 400 Yuan. Her home was ransacked 3 times. She was also forced to submit bail; otherwise, her house and property would be confiscated.
3. Huang Hongquan, 57, was arrested and taken to a police substation because he attended group practice in Changjiang Market. During his second day in jail, he was sent to Guihua Hotel to be detained for 15 days. He was also fined 400 Yuan and expelled from the communist party. He was dismissed from his post as team leader and criticized by all the party members' at a conference. He was fined 1,500 Yuan; otherwise his house would be confiscated. The thugs illegally broke into his house and stole all of his furniture. He had to report to the police substation everyday for 3 months, was forced to write a pledge, and his home was ransacked 3 times. He was interrogated day and night, and his pension was suspended.
4. Yang Shaoqin, 58, was arrested and taken to a police substation because she attended group practice in Changjiang Market. During her second day in jail, she was sent to Guihua Hotel to be detained for 15 days. After she went home, she was fined 400 Yuan. She was forced to write a pledge and was interrogated for many days and many nights. One night someone came to ask her if she still wanted to cultivate. She said yes. This resulted in her arrest, as well as her home being ransacked 3 times. She was fined 1,500 Yuan and had her tape recorder confiscated. She had to report to the police substation everyday for 3 months. The thugs also held a conference for the sole purpose of criticizing her.
5. Xie Shurong, 75, was arrested and taken to the No. 1 police substation because she practiced in Changjiang Market. She was detained until 11 o'clock at night and was fined 100 yuan.
6. Zhou Shuqing, 80, was arrested because she practiced in Changjiang Market. She was detained until 11 o'clock at night and fined 100 Yuan.
7. Yang Yuming, 58, was called upon by her township to pay a fine of 100 Yuan.

Facts About the Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners in Sichuan Province Leshan City Jiangwei County (Newest Complement)

1. Falun Dafa Practitioners who have been sent to labor camps.

Yu Fuguang, female, Jianxin No. 4 team, farmer, 52 years of age. Her ID was confiscated, and because she firmly practices Falun Dafa, in July 1999 she was forced into a brainwashing class in the Longkong police substation for 18 days. In the year 2000, she was illegally detained 3 times. In November of 2000, she was detained again for posting and distributing Falun Dafa fliers. In January of 2001, she was illegally sentenced to one and a half years inside a labor camp. She is still in Nanmusi women's labor camp.

Yang Yuqiong, female, Simaoping Village No. 7 team, farmer, is 37 years of age. Her ID was confiscated, and she was arrested on November 14, 2000 and detained until the16^th. On January 8th, 2001, she was sentenced to one and a half years in labor camp. However, the labor camp refused to admit her. On February 20^th, she was released and her term was completed outside of jail, but she had to report to the police whenever she needed to leave her home. The police would come to her house to supervise her during the holidays.

2. Falun Dafa practitioners who were detained and beaten

Yang Junming, male, Longkongzhen Street resident is 59 years of age. His ID was confiscated. In July of 1999, he was detained at a police substation for 18 days. During the year 2000, he was detained 3 times. In December of 2000, he was detained for 37 days because he posted and distributed Falun Dafa truth clarifying materials. The police would come to his home to supervise him during holidays.

Zhang Longlian, female, Jianxin No. 3 team, 36 years of age. In 1999 she was detained once at a police substation. During the year 2000 she was detained by the Jianwei Drug-drop Center for 22 days. Sometime after midnight on January 8^th, 2001, two policemen, Wu Xianfu and one other policeman, under the command of police substation vice president Zeng Jianming, punched and kicked her, then pulled her hair and slapped her face. Practitioner Zhang was black and purple all over her body and lost control of all bodily functions. On the second day, she was detained for another 16 days. The police would come to her home, and bother her during holidays.

Yao Benxiu, female, Jianxin Village No. 4 team, farmer, is 37 years of age. Because she firmly practices Falun Dafa, she was detained for 15 days in March of 2000, 15 days in July of 2000 and 15 days in January of 2001. Starting on January 8^th, the police would come to her home to get her signature and fingerprints whenever there was a holiday.

Zhou Shuying, female, Jianxin Village No. 4 team, farmer, 55 years of age. Because she firmly practiced Falun Dafa, she was detained for 10 days in March of 2000. During the holidays the police would come to her home to get her signature and fingerprints.

Zhong Shiping, female, Xiaogu Hongjiu Village No. 3 team, farmer, 45 years of age. Because she firmly practiced Falun Dafa, she was detained in Sanchahe for 3 days in July of 1999 and for 15 days in a drug-drop center in January of 2001 starting on January 11^th.

Ying Shuming, female, 57, is a resident of Longkongjie Village. Because she firmly practices Falun Dafa and was caught posting a sign that read, "Jiang Zemin Cannot Hide his Historical Guilt." Jianwei County detained her for 12 days.

Zhu Wanying, female, Simaoping Village No. 6 team, farmer, is 36 years of age. Because she firmly practices Falun Dafa, she was detained by Longkong police substation for 15 days. Her ID was confiscated, and her home ransacked. In April of 2001, she was forced to leave her fingerprints and have her picture taken. On January 8, 2001, the Longkong police substation forcibly took her away and sent her to the Jianwei County drug rehabilitation center for 15 days of detention. She was later released after paying 170 Yuan. During the holidays, the police would come to her home to get her signature and fingerprints.

Zhu Zongrong, female, Simaoping Village No. 6 team, farmer, is 31 years of age. Her ID was confiscated, and because she firmly practices Falun Dafa, she was detained by the Longkong police substation for 10 days from the end of July until August of 1999. In March of 2000 (lunar calendar), she was forced to leave fingerprints and have her picture taken.

Peng Yinlian, female, Simaoping Village No. 3 team, farmer, is 36 years of age. Her ID was confiscated, and because she firmly practices Falun Dafa, she was sent to the Longkong police substation to be brainwashed for 4 days during April of 2000. On November 3, 2000, she was detained for one night. Starting from January 18, 2001 she was brainwashed for 4 days. On the night of July 11, 2001, around 9 o'clock, all of the town and village officials, as well as the town police and the staff of the village police substation, altogether 70 to 80 people, forced Falun Dafa practitioners to have their pictures taken. The following villains were present: village leader Li Fenghua (male), town mayor Chen He (male), birth control official Song Honggen (male) as well as others. These people then went to practitioner Peng's home. As soon as Song Honggen entered her house, he grabbed her and punched her. Later Chen beat practitioner Peng's sister-in-law Xie Jiqiong with his fists, feet and flashlight. Xie was beaten until she was black and blue all over her body. Several of her teeth were knocked out and her blood was spilled all over the floor. Even in this condition, the thugs persisted to drag her out to take pictures. She remained unconscious the entire night.

Zhang Zhiyu, female, Simaoping Village No. 7 team, farmer, 52 years of age. Her ID was confiscated, and because she posted Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials, she was detained by the County police station detention center on November 16^th until December 21, 2000. She was released on December 22^nd. On January 18, 2001, she was forcibly brainwashed by the town government for 4 days.

Ji Lukui, male, Simaoping Village No. 7 team, farmer, is 53 years of age. His ID was confiscated. Because he posted Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials, on January 18, 2001, he was forcibly brainwashed by the town government for 4 days.

Zhu Wanrong, female, Sichuan Province Leshan City Jianwei County Longkong Town Simaoping village No. 6, farmer, is 29 years of age. Her experience of being persecuted is as follows:

1. Her ID was confiscated by her local police substation director Wan Congfu and has been held in his possession from August of 1999 to the present moment. Wan Congfu, the police substation director, is over 30 years old, and now lives in Luocheng police substation.
2. She wrote a letter to the State Council Appealing Office, which resulted in her detention by Jianwei County for 10 days. She was also fined 5000 Yuan. This happened from April 9, 2000 through April 19, 2000. Two of the people responsible for the injustice are Yang Yi (male), police station director. Peng Fugui, female, over 40 years of age, police station No. 1 Department director.
3. Because she practiced Falun Gong, she was forced to have her picture taken and leave her fingerprints. This happened during March of 2000 at Zhu Wanrong's home. The people responsible are the Longkong police substation officers Xu Jinfu, Li Jie, as well as Public Security office staff member, Song Hongfang and photographer Huang XX.
4. During the holidays and the so-called sensitive time, Longkong Town Party Committee Secretary Yuan Banggui, and Zhang Conggen as well as police substation director Wang Zibin and Zeng Jianmin would take some people to go and harass her all day and night.

Chen Mingxiu, female, Sichuan Province Leshan City Jianwei County Longkong Town Simaoping village No. 6, farmer, is 38 years of age. Because she practices Falun Dafa, on the night of July 11 2001, she was forced to have her picture taken by the Longkong town police substation and government. This happened at the Sanhe Ceramics Factory, and the person responsible for this crime is Yuan Banggui (male), 38, former Longkong Town Communist Party Secretary.

Xie Jiqiong, female, disabled, Sichuan Province Leshan City Jianwei County Longkong Town Simaoping village No. 3, farmer, is 50 years of age. Previously in her life, she had multiple diseases. After she practiced Falun Dafa, her health greatly improved and she was very energetic. However, she suffered persecution because of her practice. She's disabled and never left her hometown, but was still monitored 24 hours a day.

On the night of July 11, 2001, the town sent out a large number of people to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners including practitioner Xie. There were 20 to 30 people from the No. 3 team riding more than ten motorcycles. They brutally persecuted 9 Falun Dafa practitioners because they refused to cooperate with them to have their pictures taken that morning. Around 9 o'clock, led by the town mayor Chen He (male, over 20 years of age), and village leader Li Fenghua (male, over 30 years of age, No. 6 team of the same village), and more than ten other people broke into Xie's home. Song Honggen (male, over 30 years of age, a Guangming village resident of the same town, and is the birth control officer in the town) first beat the neighbor practitioner Peng Yinlian, then beat practitioner Xie. They used their fists and flashlights to punch and slap her face, mouth, arms and body. Her entire body was black and blue. Practitioner Xie endured the pain and pointed out her persecutors crimes to her persecutors. Song Honggen then used a flashlight to hit her face and mouth with tremendous force; this caused many of her teeth to fall out and covered the floor in blood. She almost lost consciousness, but they were still not satisfied. They stopped for a while, and then started to beat her again. Because she was hurt so badly she lost consciousness for the entire night. During the morning and night of the 12^th she lost consciousness twice. Afterwards she often lost consciousness and it became more and more serious. Town mayor Chen He also participated in the beating of practitioner Xie. Another forcibly restrained Xie while they beat her.

On the 12^th, Falun Dafa practitioners sued the county police station. Not only did the authorities not solve the problem, but also let the local police substation detain these practitioners for another day. The town communist party secretary Yuan Guanghui (male, over 30 years of age, resident of this town) claimed, "We beat you, and you dare to sue us! If you dare to sue again, when we get a hold of you, the first thing we will do is break your legs." He also said all Falun Gong practitioners should be beaten, and that nobody should have to pay for the beatings. The police substation director Wang Zhibing (male, over 30) said, "They didn't beat them enough. They were beaten too lightly. If it were me, I would beat them to death." These vile criminals said all Falun Gong practitioners should be shot after being beaten.
