Investigation Lead: Two heart-transplant cases in Beijing’s Anzhen Hospital

Beijing Youth reported on July 6, 2006 that Beijing City’s Anzhen Hospital had done a heart transplant surgery for 15-year-old Li Shichao, a girl from Chaoyang Township, Dehui County, Jilin Province. The article says that on the day of the surgery, the doctors split into two groups. One group was designated to harvest the healthy, living heart from a donation source and immediately deliver it to the hospital by ambulance. The surgery was accomplished in six hours.

From the report above, one may wonder: where is the donation source and whose healthy heart did they harvest? Considering that Falun Gong practitioners’ organs are being harvested by the CCP regime and it has been confirmed by independent source, Falun Gong practitioners could be the most likely victims of such surgery. Even if it is from criminals to be executed, it is still wrong.

Sun Linbo, the deputy director of the Heart Section, and Dr. Zeng Wen were both involved in heart transplant surgery. Dr. Zeng said that more than 30 heart transplant surgeries have been done in Beijing’s Anzhen Hospital from 2005 to July 2006.

Investigation Lead: Living organ transplant in Jiangxi provincial Armed Police Hospital

In November 2003, an organ transplant center was established in Jiangxi Provincial Armed Police Hospital. In the following years, the number of total sickbeds was expanded from 10 to 36, and its patients came from all over China. In 2005, they did 63 organ transplants, among which 57 were kidney transplants. Until February 2006, a total 207 kidney transplants were completed in the hospital. But the organ donation sources were never uncovered.

In August 2005, the hospital did a kidney transplant in just half a year for officer Tao Yuanping from Jiujiang City’s Armed Police Detachment, who left the hospital in March 2006. This was impossible before 1999 when the communist regime began persecuting Falun Gong.
