Mr. Lu Yunlai was forced to do long time labor everyday, and suffered tortures by guards and inmates. The forced labor camp let his family pick him up when he was diagnosed with late stage lung cancer. He died on on October 30, 2009.

Dec. 1

Ms. Wang Juan and her husband were secretly arrested by the police. When their relative eventually found their whereabouts one month later, the police claimed they just let the couple "study" something.

Dec. 2

After extorting big money from the family members, the police still refused to release the Falun Gong practitioners. The police captain claimed they neither followed the laws nor carried out the Constitution.

Mr. Sui Jingjiang's condition and behaviour changes radically after an injection.

Mr. Jiang Guobo was once a Communist Party official with theWeifang City Politics and Law Committee. Despite his previous position, since the persecution of Falun Gong began in 1999 he has been arrested 13 times in 10 years including three terms in labor camps.

Mr. Wang Yonghang has been detained, tortured and refused contact with lawyers hired by his family for his defense.

A recent Human Rights Watch expose of China'a secret jails was no secret to those who have been following the persecution of Falun Gong.
