(Clearwisdom.net) On September 17, the 35^th Thornhill Village Festival was held on Yonge St. in Thornhill Village, on the northern border of Toronto, Canada. The festival included craft booths, music, entertainment, historic re-enactments, food, children’s area & teens’ place, beer & wine gardens, and an art show & sale. For the third time, the Divine Land Marching Band, consisting of local Falun Gong practitioners, was invited to perform during the parade, which started at 10:30 in the morning.

The performances of the band were warmly welcomed by the spectators. Mr. Zhu, a member of the band, said: “Although it was cold today, many people watched the parade. They loved our performances. They applauded and took videos of us. I was happy that my performance brought people happiness. When I saw them applauding, I was very encouraged and gained more energy to perform.”
