(Minghui.org) A People’s Daily article from October 14, 2013, announced that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is the best ruling party in the world, and predicted its political rise in the 21st Century.
Because its history of brutality and deceit are already known worldwide, this has caused people to wonder if something new will happen with the Chinese communist regime. A recent secret policy implemented in Liaoning Province may shed some light on this subject.
According to information obtained by the Minghui website, Chaoyang City Party secretary Wang Mingyu in Liaoning Province recently gave a secret order to the Chaoyang City Police Department, on the persecution of Falun Gong: “Don't say anything, just do it,” and set a quota for the police to arrest at least 112 practitioners in the Chaoyang District before December 15, 2013.
The news came as a surprise, as more and more people are learning of the Party's brutality, including the harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. Who would persecute innocent people? These CCP tactics are right in line with its history of misleading the public. In fact, the communist regime has been doing such things for a long time. The recent policy in Liaoning is one of the few times that its strategy has been stated explicitly.
If the communist regime is so proud of itself and proclaims that it is the world's best ruling party, why doesn't the Propaganda Bureau of the Central CCP have its name on its building compound?
The CCP is famous for saying one thing and doing another. For example, it claims to rule the country according to the law. But when officials arrest practitioners, and their families hire attorneys to represent them in court, the officials often interfere, and say that laws need not be followed in Falun Gong cases.
This discrepancy also exists with regard to arrests and family visits. In fact, under Chinese law, detainees have a right to family visits. But when practitioners’ families come to visit them, they are usually denied with no explanation.
Although the labor camp system was recently shut down, other detention facilities have been expanded to hold practitioners, including brainwashing centers, detention centers, and the prison system. This applies not only to Falun Gong practitioners, but also to those who have appealed after experiencing human rights violations or financial losses caused by the CCP.
The essential nature of the Party has not changed one bit, and is highly unlikely to, even though its superficial format may be changed from time to time. As more and more people read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, they've announced their resignations from the Party and its affiliated organizations. This is a wellspring of hope for the Chinese people.
