2. [Dunhua City, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Sentenced

Four practitioners were recently sentenced to prison, Mr. Pan Yiwen for seven years; his wife, Ms. Wang Yuexin, for five years; Ms. Ma Guimin for three years; and her daughter, Ms. Yuan Li, for four years. Mr. Pan was taken to Gongzhuling Prison, and the other three to the Jilin Women's Prison.

Ms. Yi Xueqiu and Ms. Wang Fayan were arrested on May 5, 2014, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Wang was released that day and Ms. Yi was released on May 15.

Ms. Ding Xiaoqiao was arrested by officers from the Chunhua Police Station on April 22, 2014. She is being held at the Jiangning Detention Center.

11. [Xiangtan City, Hunan Province] Ms. Liu Liyan and Ms. Lu Mengjun Sentenced

Ms. Liu Liyan and Ms. Lu Mengjun were arrested and taken to the local police station by officers from the Shebu Town Police Station at noon on September 1, 2013. They were transferred 15 days later, Ms. Liu to the county detention center and Ms. Lu to the city detention center. Ms. Liu was sentenced to three and a half years in prison, and Ms. Lu to four years in prison in March 2014. They are now in Changsha Women's Prison.

12. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xiao Yisheng Arrested

Ms. Xiao Yisheng was recently arrested and taken to the Siling Brainwashing Center in Shiyan City.

Ms. An Lijuan was arrested by officers Xiang Jun, Sun Dehong, and others from the Yuelianghu Police Station on the morning of May 14, 2014. The police confiscated her computer.

Mr. Da Shuang, Mr. Xiao Shuang, and Ms. Xiao Yu were arrested by officers from the Dongxihu District Xingou Police Station on May 15, 2014. The police ransacked their homes. Their whereabouts are still unknown.

Mr. Wang Yongqiang and Mr. Wang Yonggang were arrested at home on May 15, 2014. The police confiscated their computers and Falun Gong books. Mr. Wang Yongqiang's wife was arrested and taken to the Xingou Police Station. Mr. Wang Yongqiang is being held at the Xingou Police Station; his wife was released.

Ms. Xu, Ms. Song, Ms. Chen, and Ms. Zhang were arrested by officers from the Conglin Police Station on the afternoon of April 24, 2014, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. The police confiscated their Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials, cell phones, and cash. Then they took the four practitioners home and confiscated all of their Falun Gong books and some personal items.
