According to this report, 5 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 18 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

Mr. Cui Dongxun, 27, from Yanji City, Jilin Province, was arrested in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, on October 10, 2015. He is serving 15 days in Dalang No. 3 Detention Center.

2. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liang Xiufang Arrested
Ms. Liang Xiufang was arrested by officers from the Sanlihe Police Station on October 12, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.
3. [Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Sheng Zhongliang and Mr. Jiang Yuan Sentenced
Mr. Sheng Zhongliang and Mr. Jiang Yuan were arrested on January 24, 2014, for distributing Minghui calendars with information about the persecution of Falun Gong printed on them. Mr. Sheng was released a few days later.
Mr. Sheng was sentenced to a three and a half years in prison in the Wucheng District Court in November 2014, and Mr. Jiang to three years in prison with five years of probation. Mr. Sheng was taken to Qiaosi Prison in Hangzhou City on March 11, 2015.

Mr. Tong Jianhong was persecuted to death in early October 2015. He was arrested and taken to Shuanglongbinguan Brainwashing Center by officers from the local 610 Office in April 2015. He had been brutally tortured ever since.

Ms. Liu Yanhua was arrested at home by Kaifaqu Police Station officers on October 12, 2015. The police confiscated printers, informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong, and Falun Gong books. She was sent to Hongshanmajiagou Detention Center for 15 days.

6. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
Four practitioners were arrested at Mr. Kui Yingxiang’s home by officers from the Huancheng Police Station on October 12, 2015, when they were reading Falun Gong books.
7. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Yanhua Arrested
Ms. Liu Yanhua was arrested by Xingang Police Station officers on October 12, 2015. The police confiscated his printers and computers.
8. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Mr. Sun Zhongyi Detained
Mr. Sun Zhongyi was arrested at his store by officers from Gucheng Police Station on October 11, 2015. He was held in the Nongan County Detention Center for 15 days.
9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zheng Wangying Detained
Ms. Zheng Wangying, 55, was arrested by Hualoujie Police Station officers on October 3, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is now in the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center.
10. [Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Li Jifa Arrested
Mr. Li Jifa was arrested by two officers from Fuxin Town Police Station on October 8, 2015, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was released an hour later.
11. [Yulin City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Yu Fanglan and Mr. Zhang Shaohua Arrested
Ms. Yu Fanglan and Mr. Zhang Shaohua were arrested by local police officers on October 8, 2015.

Ms. Zhao Wenxiu, arrested in July 2015, was detained for a month and injected with unknown drugs twice. Afterward, she experienced memory loss and could not remember many things.
13. [Laiwu City, Shandong Province] Mr. Luan Yicai Detained
Mr. Luan Yicai was arrested by officers from the Chengdong Police Station in the Laicheng District on August 19, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was detained for 15 days. The police confiscated his laptop computer, printer, printer paper, and Falun Gong books.
