(Minghui.org) Today, two fellow practitioners and I went to the local post office to mail our lawsuit documents against the former Communist Party leader Jiang Zemin. The two of them went inside to mail their letters while I remained outside to send righteous thoughts.
A short while later, one of them called me inside. The postal worker had refused to accept our letters.
She said, “We received a notice from the police station to call them about the letters addressed to the Supreme People's Court or the Supreme People's Procuratorate. The police warned us that whoever approved the letters for mailing would be legally responsible.”
The three of us told the worker about the persecution of Falun Gong and why we were filing criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin. However, she still refused to accept the letters.
We were not discouraged. "Suing Jiang Zemin is a right of the citizens," we reminded her. "It is the post office's duty to accept and mail our letters. The policemen are breaking the law by forbidding us to send letters. They don't know what is right and wrong. We know it is Jiang's group who are trying to stop people from sending the lawsuits."
We patiently told her that there had already been more than 120,000 Falun Dafa practitioners in over 30 countries who have filed criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin, who orchestrated the violent suppression of Falun Dafa practitioners. “We are not doing this for ourselves. Falun Dafa is the Buddha Fa. Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance are universal values. Jiang's lies have turned many people hostile towards the Buddha Fa. Committing crimes against the Buddha Fa will result in heaven's punishment when the time comes. Jiang has, as a matter of fact, persecuted all Chinese people.”
One of the practitioners told her about how her healthy drastically improved after she began practicing Falun Dafa.
We had no objective other than to let her know the truth. We continued to explain while she listened quietly. Slowly, she gave our letters the stamp of approval and handed us the receipts.
We were touched, and one of my fellow practitioners burst into tears.
"We thank you for making the right choice out of morality and conscience," I said to her. "We are deeply moved by your courage. You will be blessed." We finally explained to her the importance of quitting the Chinese Communist Party and its youth organizations. She agreed to withdraw her membership in the Young Pioneers.
