(Minghui.org) I mailed a legal complaint against former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin on July 14, 2015, at a local post office but did not received a response from the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
When I went to the post office to check its status, the clerk told me about a notice from management to withhold certain pieces of mail. In addition, he said that my letter would not be sent without a recipient’s name. I asked him to re-mail the complaint letter with a recipient’s name. He refused.
I pressed for more information about the "notice," and he said that it was a verbal notice. Since I insisted on seeing it, he went back to ask his supervisor.
The post office chief came out and repeated what his clerk had said. I asked who was responsible and reminded him that everyone has a right to mail letters. There was no law to withhold any mail. He hesitated. Finally he said that they would check with the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
I called the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and they told me to contact the post office so they could follow up with the local Procuratorate if a confirmation was not received. Later that day, the local Procuratorate indeed notified the post office to mail my complaint to the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
Clarifying the Facts Is Key
Three older female practitioners also encountered some resistance when they went to mail their complaint letters, so they told the postal employees the facts about Falun Gong and the persecution initiated by Jiang Zemin.
When they understood the situation, they assisted in sending the complaint letters.
Former dictator Jiang has committed genocide. It is the wish of the international community to bring Jiang to justice as quickly as possible and end the persecution.
It is the responsibility of Dafa practitioners to complete their missions and save more sentient beings. What's more, prosecuting Jiang is a process of clarifying the facts to save people.
I hope Dafa practitioners who have not yet filed their complaints take the initiative to do so. The movement to file complaints against Jiang has started, and nobody can stop it.
