(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in South Australia, New Zealand, and Germany held weekend activities to commemorate the peaceful protest which took place in Beijing on April 25, 1999. Practitioners renewed their calls for ending the 17-year-long persecution, in particular the forced organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners in China.

Falun Gong practitioners in Adelaide, South Australia, held activities on Mantra Hindmarsh Square on April 23, 2016, exposing the Chinese Communist Party's crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, and collecting signatures in support of lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. Many people signed a petition supporting the lawsuits. Some learned the Falun Gong exercises on the spot.

Falun Gong practitioners held a candlelight vigil in front of the Chinese Consulate in Auckland, New Zealand on the evening of April 25, 2016.

Falun Gong practitioners held a rally on Aotea Square on April 23, 2016 to commemorate the April 25th peaceful appeal which took place 17 years ago. They also demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises.

Falun Gong practitioners in Frankfurt Germany, displayed a large banner, reading “The World Needs Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance” at NeuKräme. Many passersby signed a petitioner to support the lawsuits against Jiang Zemin.
