(Minghui.org) Despite the risk of being arrested, Falun Dafa practitioners continue to talk to people about the practice and its persecution by the Chinese Communist Party. More and more people are listening and taking what they hear to heart.
Effectiveness of Reciting “Falun Dafa is Good”
There were heavy rain and hail in my area on June 27, 2018, which lasted for 25 minutes. While driving, I saw flooded roads in some areas and broken tree branches on the ground.
I met a middle-aged woman who was selling apricots the next day. She told me she had picked them that morning.
“When I saw the hail,” she said, “I worried about the fruit on my trees, which would mean that an entire year's work would be in vain, so I cried. But, then I remembered that I had met a Falun Dafa practitioner who told me to sincerely recite ‘Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ when I face problems.”
“I recited the two sentences and asked Master Li Hongzhi to save my fruit. Otherwise, my family would not have any income that year. I kept reciting until the rain stopped. Then, I checked on the fruit. Only a few ripened apricots had fallen to the ground. Other families were not so fortunate, as most of their fruits had fallen off the trees.”
She told me, “You should believe in the power of these two sentences. If you recite them, you will be blessed too.” She also told me that she had quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations using her real name.
Installing Satellite Dish to Watch NTD Television
My brother, Xu, successfully installed a satellite dish and started to watch NTD television broadcasts. He used to hear important news, which one could not receive from government-owned media, from his friends and acquaintances. They told him that someone else had told them. He wanted to hear the news directly rather than wait for others to tell him.
Zhe, someone he did not see very often, told him to watch NTD if he wanted to hear the news firsthand. Xu did not hesitate to install the satellite dish.
When he met Zhe again, he told him, “I watched a program showing how practitioners are brutally tortured in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. So brutal and inhuman. Please pay attention to your safety.”
Zhe asked, “How do you know I'm a practitioner?” Zhe responded, “No one dared to help me install the satellite dish. Even my apprentices dared not tell me about it. I think you must be a practitioner.” Zhe laughed, “You guessed right!”
Xu and his wife have learned the truth and know about the persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. They have chosen to quit the Communist Party.
Prison Guards Are Awakening
A's daughter is a good friend of a prison guard. The two families are very close. A few years ago, whenever they talked about Falun Dafa, the guard always told her to be careful because “the Party is very evil.”
They recently met again. When they talked about Dafa, the guard said, “They detained many old ladies, who are very kind, and brainwashed them. No matter how hard they tried to “transform” these ladies, they would continue to say that Dafa is good. They remember that they recovered from their illnesses after they took up this cultivation practice.”
He continued, “They always tell us to repeat ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ and that we will receive blessings. Actually, I’ve read Zhuan Falun. It’s a very good book. I don't understand why they lock up these old ladies.”
