1. [Shanghai] Mr. Chen Jie Arrested

Mr. Chen Jie was reported to the police for talking to people about Falun Gong on the morning of October 30, 2019. He was arrested by officers from Yangjing Police Station.

2. [Bazhong City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Luo Yuhua Arrested

Ms. Luo Yuhua was arrested on September 4, 2019. Her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Yuan Bin Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Mr. Yuan Bin was sentenced to a four-year prison term on October 15, 2019.

4. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Hou Chengxiang and Ms. Hou Ruilan Under Surveillance

Ms. Hou Chengxiang and Ms. Hou Ruilan from the Qingdao Development Zone have been under surveillance since mid-September 2019.

5. [Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Liu Yingfang Arrested

Four officers from Jiaotong Police Station, Yuehu District, broke into Ms. Liu Yingfang’s home on the afternoon of October 27, 2019. They ransacked the place, and confiscated Falun Gong informational materials.

Ms. Liu was interrogated at the police station, and was released later that evening.

6. [Xingtang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Huanping Facing Trial

Ms. Yang Huanping was arrested by the Xingtang County police on October 25, 2019. She was taken to Shijiazhuang No. 2 Detention Center by Qiaoxi Police Department officers.

Ms. Yang is facing trial.

7. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Tan Bo and Ms. Li Meiyu Arrested

Mr. Tan Bo, in his 40s, was arrested at home in late August 2019.

Ms. Li Meiyu, over 50, was also arrested at home.

8. [Diaobingshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Renlan Detained

Ms. Liu Renlan was reported to the authorities, and arrested on October 29, 2019. She is being held in Tieling City.

9. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Jiwu Detained

Mr. Wang Jiwu was arrested by Shuangcheng City patrol officers in the early hours of October 29, 2019, when he was writing Falun Gong messages on the street. The police ransacked his home, and confiscated his cell phone.

Mr. Wang is being held in the Shuangcheng Detention Center.
