(Minghui.org) During a recent job training for security personnel, the manager emphasized that we were not allowed to arbitrarily search anyone’s luggage. Even if we suspected something, we must ask people to open their luggage themselves.
It suddenly dawned on me that during the past 23 years of the persecution of Falun Dafa, I had unknowingly abetted the police in searching our homes, taking our photos or arbitrarily arresting us, despite the lack of legal basis.
After I was arrested in 2021 for clarifying the truth, I even said “I got it” to the police, when they were “criticizing” me for “violating the law.” I now fully understood that I lacked righteous thoughts during the persecution. In fact, if I had maintained my righteous thoughts and eliminated the evil beings behind those who reported or arrested me, I might have been able to easily dissolve the persecution.
I hope fellow practitioners can learn from my lesson. We haven’t done anything wrong and we shouldn’t cooperate with the police when they come to ransack our homes or order us to sign anything to renounce our faith. If we don’t agree to do something, no one can force us to, because we are not criminals and the police don’t have any legal basis to persecute us.
