1. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Jiang Yunnan Officially Arrested

Ms. Jiang Yunnan was arrested at home on January 11, 2024. She was officially placed under arrest on January 25, and is being held in the Guandu Detention Center.

2. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Mr. Jiao Chuanfu Arrested, Whereabouts Unknown

Mr. Jiao Chuanfu, in his 60s, was arrested in February 2023. His whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Li Shuang Harassed

Five policemen climbed over the wall of Li Shuang’s home and entered the home in Houerdao Village, Tayu Town, Wanghua District, on February 28, 2024. Li was not home, but a friend was staying there. After the police entered, they searched the place, took pictures, and questioned the friend.

4. [Yingde City, Guangdong Province] The Home of Ms. Zhong Yingchun’s Mother Searched

Officers from the Dazhen Town Police Station, under the instruction of the Shenzhen City Domestic Security Division, broke into the home of Ms. Zhong Yingchun’s mother on the afternoon of February 28, 2024, and ransacked it. After they located Ms. Zhong, they recorded her voice.
