You’ve all worked hard, truly hard. You have traveled a tremendously bumpy path since setting up The Epoch Times newspaper, and the process you have gone through—going from not knowing how to do it to eventually knowing how—has truly been marked by hardship after hardship. It hasn’t been easy working through, step by step, all of the xinxing tests of a personal-cultivation sort as well as the outside interference. The success that The Epoch Times now enjoys is, I think, the product of the collective efforts of each of you seated here as well as those who have been involved at The Epoch Times but couldn’t make it this time. The Epoch Times really has had a major impact in Fa-rectification. You have all seen it.

Hu Jintao Arrives in Singapore While Falun Gong Practitioners Demand Immediate End to the Persecution (Photos)
(Clearwisdom.net) On the afternoon of November 13, 2009,
Falun Gong practitioners in Singapore held a rally in Hong Lim
Park, demanding Hu Jintao, head of the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP), to bring an immediate end to the persecution of Falun Gong
in China. The rally also called on leaders and people from other
countries to help stop the CCP's ten-year-long persecution.
Mr. Li Zhenxing and His Family Repeatedly Persecuted (Hebei Province)
(Clearwisdom.net) Prior to the Olympic Games last year,
officials from Hebei Province arrested Falun Gong practitioner Mr.
Li Zhenxing. They also ransacked his home and personal property.
Mr. Li was detained in the Xiantai Police Station and later
transferred to the Mancheng County Detention Center. He was
illegally subjected to one year and three months of forced labor.
He was brutally beaten and shocked with four electric batons, and
handcuffed to water pipes for seven days and nights.
